The holiday season is here. Although I’ve been decorating for about a month already, I am excited I can now publicly celebrate without getting eye rolls. Seasonal decorating can get expensive. I’ve been investing time in re-purposing items for decorative touches instead of impulsively purchasing costly ready made items from stores. One of the projects I am proud of are my glowing flower vases. I used string lights, some mason jars I already have collected over the years, and some faux plants.

Can’t help but be nostalgic and remember trying to briefly capture lightening bugs as a child.
